Everything on THE VALT is Final Sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, price adjustments, or cancellations once an order is placed.

If there’s an issue with your order

We stand behind product quality. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll coordinate a resolution directly with the selling brand (replacement, repair, or refund at the brand’s discretion).

  • Include: order number, item name/size, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue and packaging.

Do not ship anything back without written instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

 

Who handles the refund?

Because THE VALT is a marketplace, approved refunds for defective/incorrect items are processed by the brand that fulfilled your order to your original payment method. Timing can vary by brand and your bank; please allow 10–15 business days after approval for the credit to appear. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the brand confirms a fulfillment error.

 

Non-returnable items (for clarity)

All items are final sale, including but not limited to: discounted/clearance items, personalized or custom items, gift cards, and hygiene-sensitive products.

 

Manufacturer warranties

Some brands may offer their own warranties. If applicable, we’ll connect you with the brand to facilitate service under that warranty.

Legal rights (EU/UK & other jurisdictions)

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer laws. Where required (e.g., EU/UK “cooling-off” rules), we will honor those statutory rights unless an exclusion applies.
